Shipping Policy

- After the transaction has been processed, the product will be prepared and shipped from our facility within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) by FedEx or UPS.

- Depending on the stock of the product, delivery location, and time (national holidays) shipment preparation and process times may vary and possibly delayed.

- If the shipping address is outside the United States, it is customer’s liability to provide the additional shipment cost.

Cases where returns and exchanges are not possible:
1. If the date for returns/exchanges have passed (30 days after the shipment has been received).
2. If product has been lost or damaged by the customer.
3. If the package has been opened and the product has a been altered or damaged in a way that diminishes the product’s value.

Exception: Opening the package/shipment box to check the product.
